By uploading audio files ("beats") to Beatok, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the content or have obtained all necessary permissions. You retain all of your ownership rights in your content, but you grant Beatok a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Any abuse of the voting system or harassment of other users will result in an immediate ban.
